AIM:
While informing the participants about coffee and coffee
types, espresso and espresso-based milk drinks and filter coffee; to show them
how to brew it correctly in an espresso machine and a filter coffee machine and
equip them with the knowledge and practice to get to know coffee better and
brew more delicious coffees by having their practical participation. To inform
about the importance and value of the barista profession in the coffee world.

HOURLY SCHEDULE OF TRAINING:
10:00 -12:00 theory, question and answer
12:00 -12:30 lunch break
12:30 -16:30 Practical training
16.30 - 17.00 Written online exam (You can choose to enter to your online exam in our academy or you can take the exam later. If you are planning to take the exam at our academy please bring your laptop with you. Mobile phones or ipads do not allow you to take the online exam)
Note: The course is usually bilingual both in English and Turkish. It is only in English due to students profiles.
